Swan Laundry Drycleaning

Caroline and her team are the best. Fair price for exceptional service. The level of care afforded our personal belongings was well beyond expectations. Thank you. Will return when back in the Vancouver area.

We have good and bad experience with this laundry. The lady speaks very politely which is nice and second, I like the fact that clothes returned folded nicely. However, when I inspect the returned clothes, I notice my baby's shirt seems unwashed along with 2-3 others they were still dirty and doesn't smell fresh. Clothes too were folded into smaller pieces and so when stacked it get "full" which was not. We ended up paying for 3 small bags which could be 2 and paid about 225+ which is kind of pricey. It is not a money issue that really matter but feels like cheated is.

While Caroline did a good job at washing drying & folding our few bits & pieces of underwear, tee shirts & jeans, I was nearly knocked off my feet by the cost! $65 for undies, socks & tees……. !!! Nice job but not worth that kind of money!!

Won't be boing back. Swan Laundry quoted me $75 for the service and then charged me $150. When I called them about it they started yelling at me and questioned my integrity ironically.

I stayed at the Sheraton Wall Centre just down the street and had my laundry sent out to Swan Laundry. I forgot to call and actually place the order to have it done. So Swan called the hotel and we got it handled over the phone. The lady from Swan was so incredibly nice on the phone and the laundry came back folded perfectly and smelling fresh! Very good experience and would highly recommend if you're in the area looking for laundry/dry cleaning. Thanks again!

Carolyn was a pleasure to deal with from the moment my experience began. The same day pick up and drop off service meant that I can now go home with a bag full of clean clothes nice and neatly folded and ready to pack in my suitcase. Can not recommend highly enough.

I dropped off a white dress shirt that had a few stains on it from work. The lady who owns the place told me to come in the next day to pick it up.when I returned the next to pick it up I was very happy to see how clean she got the dress shirt and how she got all the stains out. She was even MORE generous to not even charge me for her services. I was completely baffled and super grateful. I was not expecting it at all. Customer service is 10/10. Thank you again!!

Carolyn helped us with our washing at very short notice due to very rude and difficult neighbouring dry cleaning shop owner. Carolyn ensured our washing was dried and beautifully packed and then delivered to our hotel. Cannot recommend enough. Perfect and thank you!

I can't begin to even say how awesome this place is. We were staying in Vancouver for our last week in Canada and we were given the # by our hotel. The day they were supposed to pick up it was pouring rain so they missed our pick up but oh boy did they make up for it. They came by the next day and picked it up in the AM and had it delivered by 7PM that same day. All our clothes was beautifully folded and tied with a pink ribbon. They took such good care of us and went above and beyond with their customer service. I cant thank them enough. She even left us a nice note on our bags saying have a nice trip back home. She's truly a GEM!!! Thank you so much again for taking care of us. Will recommend to anyone looking to get their clothes serviced.
