Best to buy from other places. They run the store with very poor customer service. I wanted to return a shoe which is in perfectly good condition and they came up with an excuse to not to return. Don't buy if u r absolutely sure u ll keep this.nnThis is the shoe they didn't let me return. When I took it to Scarborough they accepted it. The manger here needs skill improvement. He is running the store like it's Hariyana.
Great summer deals. Also love that they are very accommodating to their customers. Upon entry, I was greeted by their kind crew Gurpal. The cashier's nice as well. Will def be back
October 2, 2023 nWe decided to drop by SVP in our pursuit of new running shoes. To our satisfaction, the store has a commendable selection, and their prices were quite fair. We received valuable assistance from employee Brookk, who not only helped us find the right shoe sizes but also made an earnest effort to track down the Jordan track pants and hoodie that I had fallen in love with, though regrettably, they were not available in my size. Despite this setback, our primary mission was accomplished as we left with a pair of running shoes, marking our visit as a successful shopping venture.
I bought 2 tshirts. I did not ask for a bag nor was I offered a bag. The cashier rang in my purchase and passed me my purchase in a black canvas bag. Only when I got home did I realize they charged me 99 cents. I did not need a bag to hold 2 shirts and if I was asked I would have declined. Not happy with my shopping experience.
Spent over $300 twice in a week there. Wanted to make a return on a few shorts. Thusha who was amazing originally helped me with the purchases but for my return Raj K tended to that. Raj k is extremely RUDE very unprofessional and should be fired. I tried to explain to her the situation that took place when I originally made the purchases, she dismissed me and packed up the items I wanted to return and walked away…..This was after claiming I made the purchases at the Scarborough location when the receipt CLEARLY showed the Pickering location and then she continued to try and TELL me how my interactions with Thusha went as if she was there. Basically tried to say because a receipt was misplaced that it was my problem. Even after being able to find my name in the system for these purchases. She is horrible at customer service has no idea what she is doing then continued to speak in her language to her other associates in front of me. I miss the days when this location was actually DIVERSE and didn’t just have a certain demographic of people working there. It’s beyond disgusting and disappointing especially when I’ve spent almost $600 in a week there !!!
