Waste of time do not bring clothes to sell at this location. Proceeded to tell me my lulu was “probably” pilling when it’s been warn maybe twice. I don’t even think they really checked my items. Tons of like new in fashion clothing.
I’ve gone to other Plato’s closets and sold on online platforms such as Poshmark and Facebook.nThis is the worst place to sell. I’ve been here a few times to sell and every time hoping that maybe they’ll offer on some stuff I bring in, they always say things like “this isn’t the type of styles we can sell at our store”. I bring in Dynamite, H&M, Zara, some Forever 21. All the stuff around their store is like SHEIN, Streetwear Society, and I’ve even seen some George Walmart stuff in there. Confused why they never want my clothes. I bring in freshly laundered, gently used, and it’s not like they’re old styles. My husband has tried to sell shoes here, they offered under $10 on a pair of VERY TAKEN CARE OF Iverson Jordans. I was actually super offended when I went back to pick up for him and they had offered that. Waste of time, every time, I won’t be back.
I realize you’re not going to get full price for items that you sell there. But barely worn , Nikes , new vans , and a guess purse was offered 21 dollars!!!!!!! Their prices have went up their clothes are dated , faded ratty. Sizes in the wrong section . Just to conduct an experiment I bought a champion sweater from there then tried to return it a week later , and was told” their only accepting more current hoodies” hahahahaha what a jokenThis store is .nnGets more expensive for customers and cheaper for sold garments continuously . Joke of a store!! The employees are too busy chatting , look scatterbrained . Should maybe look more presentable . If you want to sell your clothes here, see you dated trashy cheap , SHEIN, forever 21 all fast fashion crap like that ! Half their food are embarrassing, should do the humane thing , lower prices , give more to customers especially when items are in good condition and NAME BRAND, half your inventory donate! Especially to old age homes . Company should be ashamed
I came here to sell some trendy clothes Babaton/Wilfred /princess poly ,Pretty little thing ,Lululemon,Gymshark brands and ended up waiting over 2.5 hours, which was excessively long, especially since the store wasn’t even busy. When they finally got to my items, the payout was extremely low — far below what they were actually worth. She priced Babaton Red lined tank top 4 dollars which is ridiculously low.nnThe cash-out process was a mess. The staff member handling it was unprofessional and disorganized — she kept switching between tills and was struggling to finalize other customers’ transactions before even getting to mine. It felt chaotic and added even more unnecessary waiting. I kept waiting to the front of the cash with no offering any help from other staff behind the counter.nnOne of the most concerning things I saw was a staff member smoking just outside the store, then walking back in and immediately handling clothes without washing her hands — no sanitation at all. Very unhygienic.nnThe rest of the staff seemed disengaged and uninterested, and the clothing selection was limited and overpriced, with many items in poor condition.nnNot at all the level of professionalism, cleanliness, or efficiency I expected. Would not recommend.
I’m not gonna go back there and they’re very cheap and stingy, I have a lots clothes a new and Nike shoes and Nike boot snow, they only interested the 2 winter jacket dress short and bra and guess what how much is all $78!!!!! what a shame that company that!!!!
