What an awesome team! Everyone, from the moment we came in, was wonderful. My son is a heart patient, came to have a giant red rash on both cheeks looked at. We were listened to and helped. Just one day later and it's 80% better. I'd recommend 10/10 great team.
Went in for a hip issue and they gave a wrong diagnosis, on the complete wrong part of my hip, and pushed me out with a $600+ bill. Pain was top of iliac crest in front, and the doc said it was bursitis and illiolumbar. Both were COMPLETELY IN THE WRONG AREA!!! When I tried to tell them that they gaslit me and made me feel crazy.!
Took my husband right in took about hour and a half Pa Kelsey was great listen for a change not to many Dr. do now a day If we had gone to the ER we probably would still be there Am not a fan of Southwestern medical center but today the express care was great
Care is decent... But expect long wait times. Seems very understaffed. Long wait times to see provider . To folks who leave reviews.... please proof read before posting. Very difficult to understand some reviews.
Great new space, efficient intake and initial examination, quick diagnosis and treatment. Tracie Crawford was excellent, as was her assistant. Prompt referral made for additional examination and treatment at another area facility. We are very fortunate to have this hospital and urgent care clinic. Count your blessings!
Had to stop here while visiting from out of town and it was bad from the second I arrived. I noticed the multiple bright orange signs on the windows to call first before going in then wait in my car. I was the first one there and tried calling multiple times. No one picked up the phone, meanwhile 3 other people walked in ahead of me so now I was waiting. When I was seen, the nurse who took my vitals rushed through them all - not getting accurate readings on my BP, etc.. The Dr. came in, when I told him I had had an elevated temp for 2 weeks along with other symptoms he stated it was normal when fighting a virus. They never flu tested me even though I had all the symptoms but of course, COVID tested me. Pushed me out with no antibiotics and an incorrect diagnosis. This location needs better educated medical professionals and better instructions on how to be seen at the practice. Take down the confusing signs if your staff isn't going to answer the phone and just allow people to walk in.
Totally rude and degrading staff. Go somewhere else for your urgent care needs. The receptionist messed up my insurance info saying it was ineligible, then while I was on hold forever I asked her to run it again, it worked. Then I was told I would need to wait because other patients were now ahead of me. After waiting an hour I left. They were super rude as I was leaving. Like I did them a favor. Health “care” is so sad in this country.
Was seen by Spencer and he was the sweetest & most considerate care professional I've ever met. Absolutely made my day to have such a productive visit and be listened to.
Been here over two hours,next time go to emergency. 3 different nurse all ask samething,they don't take notes,so the doctor knows.
Save your time and go to ER that's where they are going to send you anyways
