Calling in an order was a terrible experience. The gal I spoke with was not pleasant, not helpful. My item was apparently not sent, (although I have yet to have that confirmed), the customer service was horrible when I made that first call. Over a week later, after three more calls, the item arrived with no mention of what happened, no return call (which they said they would do). It was actually sent one week after I made the purchase and took less than 24 hours. So what was the reason for the delay? The last gal I spoke with was very pleasant - Ashley. Thanks Ashley for soothing my frustration with the other gal, and with the poor service. Unfortunately I don't plan to do business there anymore.
