I love this jewlery store. I was looking at rings with my son's birthstone. Which is something I have been doing for years. We decided to take two of the stone out of a ring I already loved and add my son's birthstone in. That was the best decision I could of ever made. Every other place I went was always pushing for me to buy something new. And these guys made a ring I loved already some thing even more special then it was before. Thank you so much. I also recommend the stud thing you put on a ring so it doesn't spin. I did that to a different ring and it's so nice. I no longer have to worry about the ring falling off or spinning and damage the stone. That also even came out looking great. Thank you so much again

I want everyone to know that if you are looking for a great experience with fantastic jewelry, exceptional craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and the opportunity to be able to work with fantastic people that know what they are doing and are able to explain every detail on the work being done or needing to be done on your jewelry that THIS is the place to go! I had some work done on my wedding band and engagement ring at a “chain” store, and it was horrible! The only way I can describe the outcome of what was done to my ring is to say it was a monstrosity, and I don’t understand what was thought of to allow my ring to come back to me looking that way. From the moment my husband and I walked into the Mueller Jewelers, we were given great customer service and had the pleasure of working with Gary. Gary took one look at my ring and actually almost cringed! I explained to the best of my ability and showed him a picture of what the engagement ring looked like prior to the “chain” jewelry store trip and if there was anything he could do to help. This is the part that had me feeling confidant about choosing the right place to go: Gary explained to me what he assumed happened, and actually gave me his magnifying tool to look at my ring while he explained to me the issues he saw! Then he went into detail explaining what he would need to do, along with what tools he would be using and how he was going to fix my ring. I haven’t been to many jewelers, but the ones I have been to have never actually explained anything more than minor details. I was ecstatic that he said he knew what to do and seemed confidant that he could get my ring back to beautiful. Gary told me a little bit of his work history as well as a back story for their store, which did nothing but further my confidence and excitement at finding the perfect jeweler we needed. Gary had my ring for a week before setting to work on it, he wanted to make sure he could give me the proper estimate and make sure he could take care of the damage done. Then had my ring for a little less than a week longer to complete the task. I picked my ring up today and was over the moon! The end result was better than it ever was, I couldn’t see a single flaw that was there before! If you need a jeweler, Mueller Jewelers is THE place to go, you will not be disappointed! Or if you are in the Chisago City area, please stop by! They have gorgeous jewelry on display and everyone is friendly!

I was unable to wear my wedding ring for several years. I needed to have it resized. I trusted my ring to Mueller's and they did a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Thank you So much. My ring fits great now and is beautiful and sparkly again. I will definitely shop here again.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with our experience at Mueller's in Chisago City. We chose Mueller's over metro jewelry stores due to their phenomenal service, and fun and friendly atmosphere. Their communication throughout our buying experience was second to none. My wife was thrilled with the custom piece Gary designed. We would recommend them to anyone seeking great quality jewelry and excellent service.

Unlike other jewelry stores Mueller Jewelers was the nicest and most caring store of them all. I went to other jewelry stores that claimed not to push a sale and the employees were just there to sell something, not to help me pick out an engagement ring for my fiancé. Mueller was only interested in making my choice easier by listening to what I wanted. They stayed in my price range and had a wide selection available. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of jewelry. Getting married 8-12-17 with a beautiful ring thanks to you guys at Mueller.
