Ordered Jollof Rice with Beef Suya and Meat Pie for my husband on Uber Eats... A bit pricey but good quality food. I wish the portions were bigger though.
The meat pie tasted like literal bread, the shawarma had more stale coselaw than meat, the jollof rice was really horrible. Pretty regrettable order especially for the price
I am always skeptical about Nigerian restaurants especially customers service but I was pleasantly surprised with suya bistro, the lady was courteous, soft spoken and ever so pleasant Nkenna even called to tell me my order was ready. I ordered the jollof rice and beef suya and it was delicious. I only wished I lived in Canada as I visited from upstate NY but I will definitely be back next time I'm in town. Please keep up the good customer service it makes such a difference.
Food looks good. However, only cash payment and etransfer, yet they charged me about $5 for tax for email money transfer. Cash or etransfer should not usually require tax. They also did not give me receipt for my food and payment. She said no receipt because it is etransfer…I honestly felt cheated and scammed, but I couldn’t talk about it and had to rush back to my work.
We’ve taken the time to try meals from all the African restaurant around the GTA.. we are happy to say this restaurant is at the very top when it comes to presentation, taste and customer service. 1. This is a very clean place 2. The restaurant doesn’t have the “nasty food” smell like the others 3. The food packaging and presentation is number one .. none other compares 4. Every meal on their menu is to die for 5. The staff!!! Good staff makes a big difference and the staff here are super friendly and very polite. Excellent customer service all round!! Well done folks.
Meat pie is basically flour.. really disappointed
Would definitely give 0 stars if I could . Took an hour to get food. It was dry and stale and my coworker found hair in her food. We called them and they responded with "not our problem, don't buy anymore attitude". Worst service I have ever experienced. Seriously pick ANYWHERE else, can't get any worse than this place.
The food is good and I will recommend it to anyone in the area.
This is hands down the best food I have ever had in my life. The portions are also worth every penny. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
