We were very happy with the service that we received from Sutton-Harrison Realty agent Tanya Chuchmuch. We found her positive and energetic approach very refreshing. She was prompt and and showed our home to prospective buyers on a regular basis. I especially appreciated her straightforward and honest suggestions for us to prepare our home for sale. She also assisted us in the purchase of our new home. Again we appreciated her expert advise and tips pointing out many things that we would of missed. Her upbeat attitude and positive and realistic approach was  well worth the commission. I would and have recommended her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their property.
