Absolutely wonderful and very professional group of people! Nigel was so amazing for us to find our first home and was so easy for us to relate to! If he wasn't able to meet with us one of his associates did which really showed they all care about the clients if they are theirs or not. Couldn't have asked for anything better! He handled everything and no matter what time of day he made us a priority! highly recommended!!

I can't thank the team @3percentrealtysolution enough, we sat down just before Christmas to discuss selling our home in what was suggested to be "the wrong time of year" to sell a home. Dale and Nigel were supportive and listened to our needs. We sat down and worked out a plan that both Joanne De Sarno and I could get behind, and went to work over the holiday season. Nigel scheduled professional photos and had our home listed on MLS January 5th. Knowing how important it was to us to have a quick turn around he also ensured we had an open house immediately. I am proud to say that the team had on offer on the table in less than a week, all while keeping in mind our personal needs, they continued to remain committed and worked the plan we all agreed to. After using 3 percent solution for more than a few investments, I have found their concept a very satisfactory one. Apart from the great commission rate, I've always got a very good service from this company. Highly recommend to anyone willing to invest in Brandon, Manitoba.
