Not sure who’s running the circus over here but this office specifically I’ve never seen so many issues occur at. They WILL lose your paperwork and documents so make sure you are on them about once you turn your stuff in because they’ll drag a** and let your benefits lapse despite you turning things in on time. I’m now without formula for my son because of someone’s mess up over there with not filing all of my paperwork on time despite sending it in 3 weeks ago. I’ve had plenty of issues and I’m denied a supervisor everytime I call so I will be contacting Trenton today and reporting the office and supervisor. There’s no reason my paperwork should have been ignored and forgotten about despite calling and triple checking that you received it and now my benefits are messed up as a result which means oh wait! I go without food yet again because of them messing things up and what’s better is they’ll tell you just go to the pantry while we fix it for the next month for you. They give stale and expired food. This place is a JOKE
This is Emine Yigit I did call Social service Newton yesterday workers her name is Jessica I was on the phone an hour she ask so many questions I did answer,unfortunately She did not help,she was kidding with me Today I did call to speak Superviser so many times finally she called her name is Kelly Keys,I told my sitation again unfortunatelly she did not help I did ask her to make me in person appointment give me letter why you are not helping me she said “””she can not give me letter””I have been in this country 33 years I never ask help social service, I’m almost out of My money staying at motel cannot afford anymore,social service is not helping Who is responsible Newton social service??? Can anyone help,Newton social service 2 employee they think they owened social service, Help Help Help Help Help Help Help Help
Sussex County social services really went above and beyond for me and my family. Honestly you don't learn to appreciate what you have till you move to a different county. Thank you to all that continue to work there and make a difference in people's lives.
Horrible service, they never call you back soon enough. They don't accept people inside cause of covid. I went through all that and they couldn't help me in my most troubled time.
