I am from out of state, visiting family in Williamsport, PA and my 3 yo had a small accident that required stitches. We headed to the ER and got pulled back immediately, nurses and doctors were amazing. They provided me with options for my sons treatment, explained the procedure we picked and made me and my son feel comfortable, even though i was very nervous and scared about this little procedure. My son also has light sensory issues and everyone was so nice, helpful and patient with him. We even could stay for a little while after the procedure that required a light sedation, so my son could rest before we headed home. I am very pleased with the service at the ER we had reveived at Susquehenna Health. Thank you to the angels in white and blue at the ER of Susquehenna Health !!!!

I have read reviews and what they have come down to are people not wanting to pay their bills. This hospital has been nothing but great to me and my family. Do not let negative reviews turn you away. The staff is very professional and the Doctors are amazing.

This hospital is absolutely horrible. Not only do I think I am being charged for services that were not actually performed but I never once received a bill from them until two separate accounts went to two seperate collection agencies. And now I was just a letter in the mail that says I am being sued by some character in Ohio for a third account that I never received a bill from them or any collection agency. My suggestion if you are dying trying to hold off until you can make it to another hospital.

Their prenatal care is horrible and they schedule you for the wrong appointments and they so unorganized.
