This is by far the best family doctors office I have ever been fortunate enough to be a patient at. From the receptionist to the doctors, and the staff is professional, courteous, and caring. When I started here as a patient, I was treated like an actual human being and the physicians took the time to get to know me personally instead of just reading my chart and making assumptions or diagnosing me before even meeting me…YES THIS HAS HAPPENED SO MANY TIMES IN MY LIFE THAT I LOST COUNT. But HERE? No way, Jack. My doctor always hears my concerns and creates a treatment plan that best suites me as an individual. Never in my life have I experienced such contentment after visiting or leaving a doctor’s office. Thank you for legitimately caring about my well-being.
Ive been tossed around through the VA system for years. The doctors dont care. I gave up and was actually scared of doctors until i meant Dr. Swain! She is amazing and i feel blessed to have her as my doctor! So many years of doctors misdiagnosing me and throwing me out. Ask for Dr. Swain, shes absolutely amazing!
These are some of the very best people I have ever met. Hard-working, honest and they actual care about you. All of them.
