First time trying it, and definitely won’t be the last time. Food was awesome, our waiter was very professional, the menu had a huge selection. I totally recommend this place for any type of outing you’re doing.
3.8/5 Went for the lunch all you can eat $22.99. Standard sushi and hot dishes. My only complaint was the salmon tasted a little off. Drinks included. Service was good. Would recommend.
Casual spot for fast sushi cravings fix with friends! Fast service. You get to order with a tablet, very convenient and quick. Order as often as your belly desires. Some items were missing, my fish oil nigiri never made it to the table, still swimming somewhere in the ocean. No sashimis for the lunch menu. The sushi rice is more on the hard side. The rolls are just ok, not very much seasoned.
Visited June 23, 2022 - All You Can Eat Dinner. The food was great and came fast to the table, and was one of the only places I could find that had oil fish butterfish. They have a good menu selection, just not the biggest maki roll selection and no tuna sashimi. Besides that service was great and would definitely visit again!
It's okay. Not that many choices compared to other sushi places...and staff a bit rough/in a hurry. The taste was okay, sashimi was good, sesame beef was horrible. One person with tax and tip, on evening is now 40$
I had a bad experience; the server came to us angry and asked us what we wanted to sit or take away, without even a smile or a greeting. contacted them a day in advance to reserve a table, and they advised me that this type of restaurant only accepts walk-ins. When we arrived at the restaurant at 12:00 pm, the server refused to give us a table on the side, claiming that all tables were reserved. Instead, she insisted we sit in the middle of the table, which is not comfortable for me and the tables are so close to each other. She called the manager, and the manager arrived and said you have this option only. As customers, we expect to be treated like regular customers, yet both the waitress and manager were quite irate and nasty. Staff was unprofessional, the atmosphere was unpleasant, and I will never return. I wish Google offered the option to display the rate in minus. will give this restaurant a -10.
I was surprised about this place . Great way to order your food. They give you a tablet, and the menu is with pictures, so you actually know what you ordered. Food is good, not too pricey.
Food wise, the restaurant food and service was ok, but my advise to the restaurant was that, it could be more pleasant if they can maintain the floors and washroom to look clean and neat, . After eating and enjoying the meal, my trip to the washroom visit was a mistake!!! The owner have to consider looking after this problem. I looked at other Reviews and it was mentioned about that too Don't want to write this BUT how is the owner going to know if NO comment like this? that's the only problem, otherwise the food tastes good!! BTW, it's March 2023 the last time I visited Sushi St Jean, in the west Island so it's only this year,2023~!

My husband and I used to go weekly to sushi st Jean. We recently moved and it has been around a month we didn’t go. We went this passed weekend and to our surprise the whole staff has changed The food was okay but the service is not like before. They also charged us for spicy mayo? I won’t be going back, bring back Alan and his team please!!
