The man behind the counter was fast and efficient in taking my order. It was a clean, well maintained place. The food was decent; and the portion was a bit small. I had a beef bento box and I expected a bit better. Or maybe I was just too hungry that day : . We will never know, because next time I’ll try out the other food spots in the food court
Lots of options and the food is good, I normally order a salmon poke bowl, the lady that works there is very skimpy with the salmon and normally has a bad attitude while taking my order. The other day the rice put in my food was so hot that it melted a thin layer of plastic from the bowl it’s hard to tell from the picture but if you look closely you can see the black film on the rice.
Had a poke bowl for dinner, you can choose up to 6 ingredients, then choose the fish and sauce. Quite fresh and the teriyaki sauce is tasty.
I’ve been getting sushi/poke bowls here at least once a week for the last 2 years! The service is great, they always remember me and know my order by heart . I have changed jobs and left the mall but will still drive to Fairview just to get my weekly sushi here! Thank you for the great, amazing & friendly service!
I used to have and love the sushi from Bento at Rockland. Been there couple times and really not that great. The salmon is not marinated unlike the one at Rockland. The rice was just regular rice or they screwed it up but it was not the sticky rice you expect in a poke bowl. And then the crispy onions are part of the toppingsreplaced veggies let’s say where again, the other bento was just part of it if you wanted it. Very average.
Not good. Shrimp bowl has only 2 tiny shrimp and filler vegetables. Not to mention the bowls are very very small totally low value. Food is only enough to feed a 10 year old child.
I went there with my hot girlfriend and i really enjoyed the sushi. The service was great and cashier was really nice and professional. The price is really good and the food tasted great. I would definitely recommend the salmon combo and the spicy California. If I would give it more stars I could. 10/5
Super good sushi, poki bowl and ramen great service and the make it quick
Horrible!!! Very poor service, meat comes lesser than before, and our complaint was neglected, the staff not responding and leave us there for more than 10 minutes
Food is ok, over priced for what you get. Customer service is horrible. The man was super disrespectful. His daughter did a mistake in our order and he treated us badly for it, as if it was our fault.
