Absolutely shocking. The rice was a PASTE. I've ordered from this sushi shop in the past and they had previously poorly packaged my food but they resolved the issue but this time, the food itself was disgusting. Half of the sushis were also damaged and nowhere near intact. I thought I would give this place another shot but this is such a shame. Never again.
This was my first time at a sushi shop. To say the least, I was disappointed. The rolls were a good size but lacked sauses and flavoring. I had a green tea...in a red solo cup. There were no napkins on the tables. When we walked in one of the employees was sleeping on the bench. I was very underwhelmed by the visit and will go to a local sushi shop instead next time.
Worst restaurant for service and quality&price. I will never eat at a sushi shop again because of my last experience with the franchise.Food: 2/5
I have been a sushi shop customer for a very long time and tried their various locations across Québec. This location is unfortunately not up to par with the franchise standards. There is a clear lack of attention to detail and overall respect to the craft. This is evidenced by the mushy rice, sorry state of the rolls and incredible bland taste. Avoid at all cost!
Ordered a few times and it was good, however last time the tuna in my poke bowl tasted off and I couldn't eat it.
This was my second time going and it was hugely disappointing. I asked for no avocado. Instead I got my sushi plastered with avocado on the exterior. When I called I was told the person must of had avocado on their gloves. $30 dollars spent and now I have to find something else for dinner. This is the end of the road for me.
Place is nice but t i waited about a total of 45 mins in the shop before i had my food and 15mins before i ordered. I had tempura and a veggie combo. Also don't take the veggies tempura... It's heavily breaded cauliflower and zucchini wasen't expecting that Vegetarian options: Don't take veggies tempura... It's not what you think it is.. it's Gross
I checked their hours. Google says 9pm on Thursday. I also looked at sushi shop website. Also states 9pm. I drive 14kms. It closed at 8. Not impressed at all. I should charge them my gas. I usually go to another location. First and last. Please update your hours on the web. Being a franchise I'm definitely going to complain to sushi shop corporate headquarters.
Just go to the De La Savanne location instead. Our sushi was greasy?GREASY!!! Like where did all that oil come from. Not the mention the stomach ache. We ended up having to garbage the rest of the food. JUST NO!!!!!
Ordered $160 worth of sushi and they send the food with no chop sticks and only 2 soya sauces. Last time I'll ever order from this place. If you're going to be cheap to this degree then you do not deserve to be in business.
