We've gone here a few times and the food is usually great. The last time proved that no one is perfect, because the crab was definitely past it's 'sell by' date. However, everything else was good and every time before this has been great. Some may think a 3/5 would be more fair, but I think 4/5 is perfect because the staff has always been great, the place is clean and welcoming, and the food is great 90% of the time.

Not a good experience. Food was mediocre at best. I've made a better curry at home and the sushi was made incorrectly. To top it off, the service was very poor. We had to remind them to bring the waters after the beer came and when we were checked on and expressed we were less than satisfied it was brushed off with a forced smile and a brisk walk away.

I was born and raised in Asia so I KNOW Asian food. This puts a good twist on Japanese food. It's not wholly authentic, but it still tastes great! However, its usually extremely overpriced. That is why I go there on Monday's and Wednesdays when they have dollar menu items (even then I end up spending at minimum $30). It's a good place to bring a date. The service is very nice and interactive, but sometimes it can take a long time for food to come out. So make sure you set aside a decent amount of time for that.

For the price you'd be hard pressed to do any better. Great presentation, fantastic service, and of course amazing flavours in every dish!

Great place, been going for years. Amazing bargain nights. Quality fish and rice. Love the sake menu and the newer items they have been adding of late. However be aware that $1 sushi will mean a bit smaller pieces.
