Sushi was good and served quickly. Good selection. Service is always pretty bad. Slam the food down, never a smile. Difficult to get water or your drink refilled. Don't wait for them to bring the bill. You'll still be there.Food: 5/5
Went for date night, came hungry and left hungry, was there for over an hour and had 1 plate of sushi, I was so excited to eat my husband and I ordered so much sushi.. my entire dinner was comprised of single apps, a single piece of shrimp, a single piece of scallop. I brought this to the attention of the staff, by this point I was so hungry, I went to another sushi resuraunt near by. Much of my order didn't arrive, had to go elsewhere for dinner after spending $70+ a person. Wouldn't recommend, won't be coming back
Have you ever craved something where if you didn't get it your whole mood changed. Something as simple as wanting sushi. I take the time to get ready and drive 30 min just to find out they are close Tuesdays for so reason. For what reason would you be closed Tuesday. Thank you making this an awefull experience. FYI. Don't go here Tuesday's, their busy doing god knows what
Expensive for the quality of sushi you order. The filling of the maki rolls are little compared to other options nearby. They have decided to go with tablet ordering which is annoying too. The menu shrunk and you can tell that the most used ingredient is msg. I would easily recommend other places in Bolton. It's a shame as this used to be a good spot to curb your sushi craving.
If I could rate this zero stars I would. This is our last time we are coming to this sushi. Customer service is non existent. Food takes forever to come out and even when you remind them it’s like it goes over their head and tend to other tables. Service is horrible!! Save your money and time and go to another sushi place in Bolton.
We ordered take out from Sushi Date on Thursday Feb 18. The food was fantastic! Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. Very happy and will definitely order from here again! Price was comparable to other restaurants.
This is all you can eat sushi. The sushi isn't the best or freshest but I wasn't expecting premium sushi at an all you can eat place. The evening was going well untill the waitress wanted to charge us extra because we didn't eat the rice that came with the sushi. We only had 6-7 pieces. We just ate the sushi.. that pretty much ruined the evening..hence the 2 stars.
When it's not busy, the staff tend to hover a little too close, when it is busy, there doesn't feel like enough staff. If you can come with a good appetite, it's well worth the price.
Food was very good. Quite pricey though . I think l paid 34.99 plus tax and tip. Service was very fast. Server was very good and helpful.
Cheap lunch special for $7.95 plus tax. The spicy Salmon is more panko crumbs than salmon but 2hy would anyone complain when I paid less than $9 for 2 rolls plus a soup and a salad? They have 2 different kind of lunch specials, both come with soup and salad. One is the typical banto box and the other one let's you pick 2 rolls from a list. For under $10 lunch they are amazing. If you want quality sushi for triple the price check the store across the street.
