I had originally scored Surplus a 1 because of an issue that we had with a sofa we purchased. 3 years old and we had to recently toss it. Contacted them when we initially had issues and they did nothing. They were kind enough to contact me and offer an in store credit which we Did use on items that we desperately needed. It may not recoup the price we lost on the new sofa but it's something. Dan, their new manager, was absolutely fantastic! I'm in management and he handled our situation the best that he could. Because of that I give them a 4 star. (Not a 5 because I'm still a pissed about the sofa). Thanks to Dan and his team!

Bought a Ashley sofa set, not 8 months later, the arm has come loose on the love seat, took all the steps to properly file my claim, only to be told that they need a clear pic of the break, which is inside the arm and not accessible due to the structure being in the way, I informed the manager that this is not possible due to the location, and if i took it apart and tampered with the structure it would certainly be grounds to void the warranty so how would they like me to proceed,that was roughly a month ago and i have been ignored ever since, emailed twice and phoned numerous times, no reply. I feel this is very poor business on their part, i was told there was a hassle free warranty, and it is anything but!! this is my second set from them and it will surely be the last!!!!!

Cheap prices but don't carry anything in stock. Sales guy will try to upsell you on something you never wanted so they can get there buck as you can really tell by there sales ethics. Also I asked about one of your " Clarence items " He goes on to say the chair is worth more then vanity set itself.. etc" What a joke, Dont get yourselfs ripped off.

Prices aren't amazing. Service was good, not too pushy. Considering the prices delivery should be free, but it isn't. They will tie a mattress on to the roof of your car if you need it though.

Good prices but the large number of staff seem shady and willing to say anything to make the sale.
