Started working with them about 3 weeks ago and been the best Janitorial Service Company that I work for so far love the coworkers in the upper management and HR they are also wonderful at their jobs
Great company to work for, best pay for the job around they areas so if you look for a good place to work for and have the best pay around in the janitor field. Try SMO
Worked for the company for only a month. I felt like communication could be alot better with supervisor, he never spoke unless I spoke first, but he had no problem just walking up to me and started giving orders, a few occasion I made him speak until I finally realized it really didn't matter I was just there to do a job that I did well. I felt like sweeping and mopping a big cafeteria daily by myself was alot for the rate of pay I was making. I did like being able to get advance pay before payday if it was needed.
They are a great company to work for and they are very hands on in training new employees!! It is an Awesome place to work!!

The pay is not worth the work they want u to do I was told I was a supervisor Im still getting paid $9
They will NOT call you back concerning a job! I have left numerous messages about my application and still haven't had a response. The call if you haven't heard anything in 3 days is a lie!

SMO is such a great company. Their recognition and awards of their employees' tenure and development of the iCare award is unlike any other janitorial company. They are so different and their owners care about professional development and training. The team members they employ are such good and hard-working people. They are a great company to work for.
