Did work with my Septic hauling business.  This branch sold an acreage and forgot to put Septic tank clean into the contract,  so it never got done.  The new owners asked for her to pay for the clean and hauling,  and they contacted us.  I got to the location and knew instantly it was a nightmare and phoned the branch.  I let them know it would be about $1500 as it hadn't been cleaned in at least 30 years and was told to go ahead anyways.  Took me 4 trips and even plugged my 6" dump valve.  Fast forward a year and still have not been paid.  

Lots of excuses,  little action.  Beware.
