I have had many items customized at this business and every time I have gone to pick up my items I have been blown away! Samar is THE BEST tailor/seamstress I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She works with me to achieve the best possible outcome, providing other suggestions along the way, and executes my wishes perfectly! My clothes are always ready to pick up in a timely manner, and I have never had to wait longer than the expected completion date. I therefore recommend Super Stitch to anyone looking for amazing workmanship, friendly service, and very fair pricing.Services: Leather repair
I came with only 5days left for my wedding with alot of work to be done. Got it done in 2days. Samir was so kind and nice. By far the best in Vancouver. Incredible, knowledgeable, and thoughtful family of a team. The quality and attention to work is deeply appreciated.
Fair prices. Cash only. Very caring seamstress Samar. She knows how to take care of your wedding dress, and how to alter it for your comfort. Samar is also very patient and kind. I had a health issue during my alterations, and Samar was so kind to let me take my time with feeling better. She offered me hot and cold water and also offered me to lay down in the back of her shop until my husband arrived. Knowing that we were on a tight schedule with making the alterations on time for my wedding day, Samar let me come back another time to finish the alterations. This shop has been opened for about 20 years, and Samar shows her professionalism, hard work, and kindness very well. I will most definitely come back here again for any future alterations for any clothing.
They were extremely helpful. Efficient and fast. Didn’t charge me for rushed same day service which was definitely the first time I’ve been to a tailor that had the same urgency I had. I highly recommend coming here to anyone living in the area. I had a tailor I had been going to for many years at RPM. sorry Aunty but I found a new tailor that quality and work is easily the best I’ve experienced.Service: Alterations
Great results! I'm super happy with Samar : Thank you a lot! I went there 3 weeks ago to fix my torn coat. I already bought the required fabric from Fabricland. My coat was expensive and I was really worried that after fixing it, the tear on the back will be visible. Samar assured me that she will fix it in a way that will not affect it at all since I already brought the right shade of black quite similar to the original one. She did her promise!The price they charge is vvvvery reasonable too! I call this super professional work with excellent prices! I'm so appreciative Samar
Surprised at all of the good reviews - went here based off the reviews but this place has the worst customer service!! My pants that they altered turned out fine but had a horrible experience in terms of how they treated us. Pretty much said nothing the whole time, snapped at me when I asked about quality assurance since they took the payment in advance, and didn’t say a single word when we went to pick up the pants. It was a simple alteration that I could’ve gotten done anywhere and not receive such poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning.Service: Alterations
