I had the best time with Lisa, she made my wedding dress shopping experience amazing. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable, encouraging me to try on dresses I never would have chosen for myself. In the end we said 'yes to the dress' and i never looked back. She was very relaxed about the whole process which made me feel at east. The recommendations Lisa made were fantastic and they whole thing went without a single hitch! I would HIGHLY recommend Lisa to anyone. I loved my experience with Florence Bridal.
I couldn't rate Lisa, and my experience at Florence Bridal, any more highly. I tried on a LOT of dresses before I found THE ONE, and she was incredibly patient with me. She was really accommodating when I wanted try on the sample dress to show my mum, when she visited, and I always felt that nothing was too much trouble. My dress arrived a few weeks ago, I've had three appointments in the shop with the seamstress, and every time Lisa has treated me like I'm the most important bride in the world. My dress is beautiful, the experience has been great, and Lisa has been brilliant every step of the way. If you're looking for a wedding dress, and fabulous customer service, look no further.
We had a lovely experience at Florence Bridal looking for a Prom Dress. They have a lovely selection of dresses and a good choice of colours. Prices are very reasonable. They have a choice of bags but only bridal shoes. We tried shoes on to give us an idea of size of heal we need to get. They also do alterations but not sure of cost as my Daughter's dress didn't need altering.
I bought my wedding dress from Florence and bridal, Lisa is lovely. After trying on a few dresses she helped me choose my amazing dress. Thank you. Highly recommended.
Amazing experience from start to finish, Lisa was so professional but made the whole morning feel so relaxed. She took time to make sure I was happy, and I said yes to the dress !!!
Having met Lisa at a wedding fayre she was the first choice of dress shop for me, being a plus size bride I was anxious about the whole experience of trying on sample dresses but she explained that many dresses she stocks are plus size. My consultation was amazing and Lisa put me at ease and helped me to select a range of different dresses until I had my say yes moment. I also purchased my bridesmaid dresses from Florence Bridal. My husbands reaction to the dress on the day said it all, he was utterly blown away. Thank you for such a positive happy experience.
I took my daughter prom dress shopping and made an appointment at Florence Bridal. I had made reservations elsewhere for later in the month but she found exactly what she wanted here albeit not what she thought she was looking for. The room we used was very nicely decorated and with great furniture and lighting which made it a really nice experience. Lisa was very patient we went over our allotted time, whoops and insightful. She’s clearly very experienced and made some great suggestions. Would definitely recommend….
I took my daughter here for prom dress shopping. The choice of dresses was a very well balanced, selection with a variety of styles and colours to suit all. My daughter had a rough idea of what she wanted and Lisa was so accommodating and listened and helped pick a varied selection. The dressing room was, light, clean and spacious and after about an hour the dress was chosen. There wasn't any time we felt rushed or pressured. My daughter had to have it altered and we made an appointment and the seamstress was lovely and the end result was gorgeous. Overall I cannot praise or rate Florence Bridal highly enough- from start to finish a professional service but with a friendly touch - a true gem in Rugby
I took my daughter prom dress shopping a couple of weeks ago and what a fabulous experience it was! Such a lovely owner and beautiful dresses and the whole experience was amazing. The shop is gorgeous too and the room to try the dresses on was beautiful with a big mirror! Would recommend to everyone I'd give more than 5 stars if I could
I bought my wedding dress from Florence Bridal. Lisa was amazing. She made me feel completely at ease. She took time to listen at what I did or should I say what I didn't want. I tried on dress after dress and Lisa was so patient. The dress I bought was one that Lisa chose for me. I would never in a million years have chosen that dress. It was truly stunning and I couldn't believe how fantastic I felt and looked. Thank you Lisa
