I wish I could give this place 0 stars. It's always dirty. Bums are always hanging out in there begging for cigarettes and money. A guy that works there reeks of alcohol and one time I actually caught him drinking a beer he tried to conceal in a paper bag. He always begs for money also. The washers and dryers are always "out of order." When a washer/dryer takes your money, they never reimburse you. The bathroom is ALWAYS "Out of order." Avoid this place if you can.

People are willing to help and it's very clean. Their wash dry and gold service is on point

It's not bad, it's meant to do your laundry and leave, I don't care what others are doing as long as it's safe and no one bothers me which they don't. My only issue is it's dirty asf. That's about it.
