I highly recommend Super Plumber. I had two plumbing professionals come by for bathroom plumbing work. Toby and Luke were consumate professionals. Clean, knowledgeable and efficient, they were a pleasure to have in the home. The job was done as quoted and the work quality was top notch. Super Plumber is lucky to have these two individuals representing their brand.

A close call...the Sooke phone number led to a Shawnigan Lake-based business. An appointment for the replacement of a failed hot water tank was quickly arranged. A nice young fellow named Justin came to my house, viewed the existing tank, and quickly went to his truck to "write up my options". Came back and offered six options. The options were short on details, no breakdown of parts and labour, and through persistant questioning I was able to find out just one detail...the brand name of the replacement tank. The presentation was very high pressure...ready to start that day even though I had to leave the house...made me hesitant. So I booked an appointment with another plumbing contractor who offered a complete breakdown of the fixed (parts) and estimated (labour) costs. I went ahead with this contractor who was very quick and efficient, the final bill was below the estimate and $800.00 lower than the equivalent Super Plumber's "Option Number 3", a new hot water tank, expansion tank, equilibrium breaker and ball valve shutoff, which had been quoted at $1982.77. Wow. An $800.00 difference. So, pensioners, be careful out there!
