Update: I was contacted by the owner of the business, who came out personally to install the fan. A scheduled fireplace service went off without a hitch, but a subsequent plan to install a fireplace fan did not. I was expecting someone at 8am on a Thursday, and unfortunately, I was upstairs when he arrived, and did not hear him knock (I had assumed, incorrectly, that he would call, and was on the top floor). Frustrating, but partially my bad for sure. We rescheduled for 8am on Monday, but by 9am (after a couple of phone calls to the owner) he still hadn't arrived, so I left a voicemail to cancel. I have not heard back, so assume my business is of little value.

Northern Star came out and worked within "our" schedule to remove our old hot water tank and put in a Hot Water On Demand natural gas system. Rob (owner) mentioned that if we have gas on the street, the hookup to natural gas would be cheap - he was right! We had delayed YEARS on this thinking it was going to be expensive and it only cost $25... Northern Star took care of all permits and did a super job running the gas lines and installing the new water heater AND did a great job cleaning up!!! There were in and out in a few hours... Super great team that came out - very friendly and trustworthy... I highly recommend them...

I had have this company do a lot of work for me over the past several years. They installed a tank less water system which cut my gas bill, provided me with unlimited hot water, and piece of mind that a water tank would not burst while away on vacation. They also directed me to the Fortis Website for a $500 rebate. They also installed two now low flush toilets which work wonderfully and are saving us on our water bills. They have also serviced my gas fire place and unclogged drains. Very quick and efficient service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing and gas need.

We had this company install a new hotwater tank, a new toilet and they serviced our gas fireplace for us. Even though it was a busy time of year for them they always got back to me quickly and were very helpful and friendly. The work they did was completed fast and the staff were excellent!! Great job guys, keep up the good work!!
