Horrible “customer service” by this location. I called to inquire about a product and the associate who had zero product knowledge placed me on hold probably had his hand covering the phone as I was able to hear the entire conversation with what I assume to be his manager, telling him that “just tell her we don’t have it and hang up” he confirmed whether he should do that and resumed the call with me to which I told him I overheard the entire conversation and knew he didn’t bother to even look for the item. What’s the sense in answering a call when you’re not even bothered to help customers? Is this how you train your staff? Avoid this place at all costs.
What an amazing experience today. Went in looking for makeup with no experience at all. Met Lina and she was a world of help. She was patient and so helpful. Lina answered all my questions with a smile and with knowledge. If your looking for makeup make sure you seek Lina out for help you won’t regret it!!!

Great staff but security forever kept following me around from the moment I came in, stood in the isles & hovered over me by cash until I left. I just minded my business with my son & kept trying to walk away from her but she kept following me. Store had over 7 people in there & didn’t leave my side, hmm I wonder why…
I went in to Healthy Planet yesterday to get/return an iron supplement and had a wonderful experience, a young woman helped me, I wish I got her name because she deserves recognition for being so helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient and listened to my entire concern, even cared enough to know more about me in order to suggest the right supplement for me, she even explained the difference amongst the supplements so I had a better understanding of what I was in need of. : thank you for all your help!
Very kind staff, quite small yet has most Healthy Planet products. I hope it's still a good place to work since Scarborough to Shelborne.
Went there with a friend a long time ago. I went again yesterday to get some multivitamins. Employees helped me to pick those up. One employee was offering coconut water tasting. I end up buying the the whole case, loving it so much. Feeling so energetic, will go again to buy it.
Maybe it’s just me, but every time I shop here, someone is ALWAYS following me around the store. It’s really uncomfortable. Moment I say “no I don’t need help”, they are on my tail. I’m going to file a complaint with head office/customer relations department because this is unacceptable.
Staff were so helpful - really enjoyed the store and wide variety of products
