Firehouse Subs 410 at Steeles - Brampton

Have eaten here numerous times over the last few years. It has gotten progressively worse...and progressively more expensive. Saturday night was the last straw. Its now over $20 just for a large brisket sub. The portions are smaller, they've removed peperoncini and cherry peppers as optional free extras. They removed the tasty hot sauce line up. Even the pickle spear you get now is quite small. All that was fine during covid but you need to bring it back now. The flavour and service is still there. But proportions and price will keep me and others away. 1.5 stars until something changes; do better, the price is not justifiable now. The pictures I'm adding are from the past, a happier time.

We really like the place , coming to do business in the area and always getting lunch from there , my recommendation is The Brisket sandwich , that bbq sauce do all the magic for me but also whole combination is just delicious

My husband tried the Firehouse sub in Ottawa and wanted to share the delicious sandwiches with us, but it was not a good experience. We ordered the sandwiches and one of them we ordered without mayonnaise because our little one is allergic. When we checked his sandwich, that one had mayonnaise on it and our sandwich which we ordered with mushrooms we only found two pieces of them. We do not recommend this location.

Excellent staff and service. Very helpful recommending certain inclusions and exclusions to make my kids experience very positive. 100% recommend and will be back with the family. Best sub I ever had came from 2 of my kids..!!

I love firehouse but this place is soo bad. took 15 mins to order. one person in front of use explaining what is gluten free. then my order was wrong. asked for no mayo and no pickle. got mayo and a pickle and the lady didn't understand why I wanted a new sandwich. you spend 25 bucks for lunch better have good service. never again come back to this location. Disappointing

Wow! This was just a place we tried because nothing was opened at the time and honestly nothing compared to Subway or Mr Sub, it was very good the varieties and toppings were endless. 6 inch was around 11$ and 12 inch was around 20$ You have the option of white/wheat The bread is toasted and cut in half served in a nice box. We had the Italian sub, that was perfect no complaints. Overall experience 7/10 Food 10/10 Service 6/10 why? We were standing at the register for a while before someone came to service us, we ended up having to get there attention Cleanliness 7/10 while were eating they were mopping the floor, the smell wasn’t that great.

Cheddar brisket.. large, Marge. Positively the best built sub sandwich I have ever had in my life. Hands down! We placed our order online. We arrived within 12 minutes. Exactly what we ordered was there waiting for us. We then proceeded to destroy our meal in the parking lot. The rest is history. We will be back.

Very pricey for a sub. The sandwich was thrown together with little care. All the meat was on one side of bun so when I bit intl other side nothing. I asked for green peppers and jalapeños and there wasn't enough to say they were on the sub. There was no favour at all. Disappointing to say the least. Won't go back.Food: 3/5

The subs are pretty great. Nice and flavorful. There are two bread options, white or wheat. They have some meats that are pretty unique and hold lots of taste. The service at this particular location is great. Friendly staff that really take the experience to the next level. I'm not a super sub kind of guy so I found their prices to be on the high end. You're looking at roughly 20 dollars for a 12 inch and a drink with no sides. Would be nice if that total could include a side. However aside from the price, good subs. I would recommend to check them out.
