Super 8 Timmins ON

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the desk staff was welcoming and professional our entire trip! They all went above and beyond to make our stay a good one, kudos to the housekeeping team for keeping the rooms so clean and like home. Thank you super 8 team! We will stay here again anytime.

Our stay at the Super 8 was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had modern amenities. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Timmins!

Rooms were great and kids had a great time.. breakfast was good and convenient for the family. I was very disappointed in the service tho checking in, when I asked for another key as they only gave one for each room she said they were out, but yet there was a bunch in the back. I asked for a late check out as online it says $40 extra the front desk lady told me I would have to pay a whole other night. It did snow all weekend and when packing and loading the car I went to step off the stairs on the side outside and fell. The stairs were not shoveled all weekend. I injured my back, butt, right leg and left arm putting me off work for 4 days. When I approached the front desk after the incident the lady at the from desk.just laughed. I asked manager to speak with and she said they were not in and gave me a number. Called the next day and pretty sure the number I called was the same lady I dealt with when I fell impersonating the manager after I went through everything she said manger was not in and she will call me back. Still waiting for that phone call.

The rooms were clean but not vacuumed daily. The breakfast is the equivalent of a gas station breakfast. The washroom smelled like sewage and was told there's nothing they can do about it.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic!!! They catered to my every need. I was forced to stay in Timmins due to the hwy's closing as I'm a transport driver. I didn't have any essentials but Super 8 was there to accommodate my needs! Thank you Super 8! Being stuck in Timmins wasn't so bad staying with you!
