Good hotel, convenient location just off the main road through Shawano. Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms are nothing special, but were clean with beds that seem comfortable enough. The complimentary breakfast has a limited selection but wasn't too bad. Overall, this hotel lives up to expectations with few problems, making it a good choice for anyone traveling on a limited budget.

The beds we're comfortable but the room was like a time machine back to 1990. The room had an old box tv with a remote that only changed channels. Good thing all I wanted to do was sleep.

There are rare occasions where people make you feel unwelcome. One would be if I broke into you home and assumed it to be my own dwelling. However, in a situation where I am paying for the service of lodging at your establishment, I dont think I have to walk on eggshells or made to feel as thought I am an inconvenience to be asking to check-in to a room that was reserved in advance.

Sadly, this establishment is the appalling example of what a hotel/motel service ought NOT to be.

Never have I been so quickly dismissed and told false information to my reservations - to the point where I feel swindled. That doesn't sound "Super" does it?

I hope that management will see this rectify this situation. And if not, I hope that my getting ripped off and treated like  second class citizen will be a lesson of others to learn so that they may spend their hard earned money elsewhere in this town.

Appalled and disappointed. I will be referring my club members elsewhere.

I hope you start by getting rid of the racist old lady at the front that was fired from the Boarders for being a racist old lady.
