So be prepared for a $500 minimum for a single person to enjoy the hotel stress free.nnIn the more expensive suites, huge cracks can be found that go from top to past the middle of the wall.nnKey card couldn't open our door because it's barcode was erased when we had it next to our phones, but was replaced easily.nnMultiple ventilations were clogged with mold/dust.nnOn the staircase to the slide, bloodstains are found on almost every stair, and on the top of the slide is the most digusting, moldy, black ceiling fan I have ever seen. And you get a big view of someone else's room window outside the hotel, while they stare down at you in your bathing suit/bikini.nnService at the counter was great. As long as you don't bother the director with issues.nnMy truly sole mistake was not reading the reviews before driving a full hour in the brutal snow, as the true avalanche was this very hotel.nnP.S: if you do find yourself in this hotel, here's a fun drinking game for you. Open the tv, and take a shot everytime a cleaning commercial appears on screen. Thank me later.

First of all i dont like to bash businesses but i have to be honest in this review. Decent location in terms of groceries stores, gas stations, liqour store all within walking distance. The problem is theyre short staffed and dont intend to remedy that. I knew when i seen i note explaining that was lamenated and stapled to the room wall. I was there for a month and my toilet wasnt wiped down once, nor was my bathroom sink. All that was done is towels and garbage couple times a week. I had lady bugs crawling all over my room and no one thought to vacuum them up even when i called front desk and asked still they didnt deal with them. The breakfast included is among the worst ive seen. Cold boiled eggs, bread, yogurt, cereal and canned fruit. Staff were all friendly though. So it short you grt what you pay for. If you intend to stay 1 or 2 night its fine. Any longer i recommend staying elsewhwre.

My husband and I booked 2 nights for the marathon weekend on Oct 4 to 6 2025. We book at this hotel since many years for this yearly event and have been always pleased with this place location, service, light breakfast, basic room but clean. However, this year, during the evening after the marathon and after our first night, we had to leave for an emergency at home. We packed our things and left leaving our hotel card in the room and without stopping at the reception since there were many people waiting for checking in/checking out.nnOnce at home, I noticed that I forgot a charger small white charging block with a place to charge an Apple watch on the top and a USB-C and a USB-A ports at the front and knew exactly where I left it power outlet where the coffee maker is, beside the bathroom. The morning after around 9am and way before the housekeeping time - remember, we booked a 2nd night and didn't checkout..., I called the hotel and asked how I could recover my charger since I had to go back in the area later that week. They told me they would call me back. I called back later around 1pm if I remember well and the lady said it was not there... How is it possible? Clearly, someone at the hotel kept it since the room was booked for us until 11am so there was no other clients checking in in this room...nnIt's not the value of the charger 25$ but it's a question of trust... When you forget something and call to get it back, you should be confident that you will be able to recover it. Unfortunately, it was our last stay there and I'll also make sure to let our friend runners know...

Great spot close to Mont Tremblant. It was about 25 mins to Trembalnt for skiing. Hotel is great, great continental breakfast, clean and comfortable and a great price. Four men went with 2 rooms and it was everything we needed. Staff was great very friendly and accommodating. Great spot, we will be definitely staying here again.

It’s a really good hotel: clean, well maintained and awesome staff all in a superb location. It’s just not a 5 star hotel, which is awesome because for what you pay, you will be super 8 happy. Love it and we keep returning.
