Great stay. Ease of checkin. Comfortable clean room. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.
With bad weather hotels were filling up fast. There was only one person on staff and he was super busy. He was so helpful. He checked the room I had requested before giving me a key. That took time and the phone was ringing off the hook. I had some of my family with me, including my 4 month old granddaughter. It was important for me to have a clean room. He even made sure we could have late checkout if we needed it.nThere was fresh water and coffee and cookies available when we checked in. The morning breakfast was also available in the morning. The staff was amazing and I would check into that hotel because of them. Thank you for your help.
We checked in for a funeral that we were attending in town. The hotel was not clean in the main areas, a late checkout would not be accommodated, the breakfast area was over run by ants, and the place is overpriced for what you get.nThe front desk staff are pleasant but the manager is unwilling to help with anything.nI 10/10 would not stay there again.
Hotel was dated and bland. Dining/breakfast area was small and was not refreshed. Water jug and coffee at entrance was appreciated, although the coffee was pretty bad. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Rooms are dated and small, but clean. Floors are a bit creaky and you can hear upstairs tenants. Internet was spotty and had to switch to cell service. Staff was not overly friendly.
