We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily return again!nnCheck-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were polite and attentive. Throughout the stay, service remained consistently professional—room service was timely, and housekeeping kept things spotless.The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.nnSpecial thanks to Myglo Hill, our room attendant, who went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with any request we had. From bringing extra towels to making sure our room was perfect each day, her service made a big difference. Thank you, Myglo!nnOverall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in both comfort and hospitality. Highly recommended!
Nice and comfortable hotel in Kindersley. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious, with kitchenette. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Bonus with the pool and hot tub which was a good way to end the day. Located nice and close to Montana's, and discount coupon was a nice perk. Will stay here again.
Amazing hotel with a friendly amazing staff.Comfortable ,clean and cozy room,we loved it. All amenities are great .Five starts are not enough to rate this hotel.! Wonderful experienced.Highly recommended to everyone.looking forward to go back to this remarkable hotel.
I woke up to bed bugs on me. upon further inspection I found multiple more adult amd baby bed bugs. I took photos and even caught a few in a cup to present to the front desk. they then claimed before they could offer any compensation they needed to get pest control inspection. two days later they called me and told me there where no bugs. wither they did not get a proper inspection done of the room or they sent someone in immediate to clean and and make sure they cpuld deny accountability. staff member came to my room and witness the bugs crawling on the bed. but again are denying any bug activity. I spend from 1145 pm till about 130 am trying to get my thungs cleaned and inspected and room transferred. was then told to come see the manager in the morning. when I went to see the manager next morning I was told they where not coming in and are to sick to talk on the phone. at that point I was offered to not pay for my stay goes without saying and 7$ in best western points. needless to say find a different hotel or stay at a neighboring city to save your self the trouble and the disgust. not only to the customer service to the situation but also to the cleaning team of this establishment. my next review will be left with global news if they choose to take no further action. again I have photos of the bugs in a cup and on the bed both adult and babie.
The hotel itself is decent. Housekeeping is terrible. In 5 days they never even changed the garbage or restocked the towels.
