Stopped in for brunch Service was friendly and great, atmosphere was nice and not too crowded and affordable prices. Ordered 3 eggs over easy with cornbeef, hash browns, toast and pancakes. Everything was fantastic except for the cornbeef. My issue with the cornbeef was it was grind up into tiny little pieces, I felt like I was eating breadcrumbs. Pancakes were quite large, just saying if your not a big eater. I would recommend Sunset Grill and certainly would visit again and try something different. Thank you
We really loved our experience eating at Sunset Grill. It was early morning, and there were a few customers who were eating. It was good they have a lot of options on breakfast. Portions were big enough. Food served was hot and fresh. Our server Ashley was smiling and cheerful, she checked in and refilled our coffee a few times. Favourite Breakfast spot from now on.
I was here with my friends for the breakfast. I really like the food. It's healthier and tastier. the service was good. This is one of the nicest place for breakfast . Highly recommended. I ordered chocolate milk with some sandwiches, salad , egg and potatoes. One can get a variety of options.
Went to Cora’s day before and had the exact same item. No comparison, sunset grill was better in all categories. Only breakfast spot that I’ll go next time i come to Saint John. Also like that they pride themselves on food quality.
Always fantastic one of our favourite places for breakfast not only is the food amazing but the staff is super too we get Steve most times and he is super friendly, accommodating and tops the food off with his big smile 10 stars for Steve at Sunset Grill east point saint John!!!Food: 5/5
We did not have to wait for a table and the staff was prompt and the wait time for our order was acceptable. The food was good and our server did a greT job of keeping the coffee topped up.Food: 4/5
We went here for the 1st time and thoroughly enjoyed our meals! I loved the pancakes and my eggs were just how I like them, coffee was very good and you get very generous portions so go hungry!! They were busy and short staffed & Ashley our waitress apologized for any delays, there was just her and the chef I didn't get his name but we didn't find mush of a wait at all. Ashley had to take payment as well as wait tables and she was doing a great job and the chef turned out food orders very efficiently. We were very impressed and will return when we are in SJ, btw we had made this visit on Aug 15/22.
Stopped in for breakfast. All day breakfast. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Food and portions were great. The only issue for me was the service was a bit slow. They did not appear to be overly busy but it still was a bit of a wait after ordering.
Server was great. Food was underwhelming. I got the Southwest Breakfast Hash and it was pretty disappointing. There wasn't much southwest about it, not even at least a bean ingredient, which I knew as it wasn't listed on the menu. Green onions were listed but I realized halfway through they were missing. I was thinking the word "grill" is in the restaurant name, it would at least be crispy? Or have some flavour and texture. It was a dish that felt it was heated up in a microwave. I do not recommend this dish.
This particular Sunset Grill location is great! The service is always friendly and quick. On our last visit we immediately let our server Tracy know that we were in a hurry to catch a flight and from that point she was quick and courteous, checking in frequently to make sure we were fine. The food is delicious and there are so many options. We will definitely be back on our next to Saint John.
