Most incompetent vet, I've ever gone to. Doesn't even know what drugs are compatible with each other. The receptionist, Louise couldn't even figure out how much medicine to order for me, she couldn't do simple math. With my other dealing with her, it became evident she seriously lacked in people skills. I would give this clinic a "0" rating if "0" was available.

We have always experienced excellent, professional, honest care from Dr Schenk and his staff for all of our animals. Highly recommend Sunridge.

i have recently meaning the last six months changed vets mostly due to cost, and not connecting with the changes within my previous clinic. I chose sunridge because of there cost to neuter one of my cats. The lady on the phone nice , friendly and informative. i was impressed on how much lower they were on neutering compared to others i called around Vernon and area.

Our cat was sick and we phoned on a Sunday. Since we were not a client of theirs, they would not see our cat. That tells me they are not compassionate about animals. Really sad to see that. This is my opinion and hopefully this is not the norm. By the way, we phoned the Vernon Clinic and he met with us within 15 minutes and our cat is better now. Now there is an animal lover.

I can't speak to the quality of the interpersonal or veterinary service at this clinic because I haven't been there in person. However, when I was phoning around vets in Vernon to see if anyone had brought in my missing cat they were the only place that offered to take my name and number and let me know if they came across anything. I appreciated that very much.
