Recently moved to town and noticed our Maggies lump on her back was growing at an alarming rate. Got her in to see Dr Flock. We decided to have the lump removed even though Maggie was high risk as shes 15 years old. The lump turned out to be a massive tumor - if we didn't have the surgery the tumor would have immobilized her from the size and weight and eventually killed her. We had the surgery on a friday. Dr. Flock followed up with an late evening call on Friday to make sure she was doing ok after surgery. Maggie had a few follow appts to make sure she was healing properly, check for signs of infection, and ensure staples were still in place. Maggie is on the mend, chipper and full of sass. Can't thank Dr Flock and the staff at Creekside for their care and compassion for all their patience. Highly recommend this veterinary clinic. They also carry the Royal Canin food brand that is best to prevent urinary issues and improve kidney function in dogs.
Very professional and compassionate care for my cat and myself. I even received a personalized hand written card of condolence from the doctor herself when my cat passed away. A much appreciated and kind gesture. Highly recommend and when the time for a new best friend comes, I will take them where I know they are cared for and loved the same way I do about them.
Excellent service all around!! Always nice to talk to Sam over the phone and in person. She's always been very friendly and really helpful with my 2 kitties. She really knows her stuff and she's definitely the person I go to if I need anything Dr. Sietske Rijnen handled my little girl kitty very well and gave her a thorough check over after she got tummy sick. Very happy to hear she's nice and healthy!! Love coming here and trust Sam and the rest of the staff and doctors to look after my kitties
The staff here are rock stars. During the pandemic they've kept things going and deserve nothing but thanks and praise for their efforts. I trust no one else to look after my girls. Thank you Creekside!

Was upset at this place month ago.missed even a simple fecal swab.said they had emergencies happen that day.did all we could since but doesn't matter now.my cat passed in their care today with myself attending. Prob stomach cancer.fecal swab today showed clean.they do wat they can.but emergency medical takes presidency.thank God they had none today and spent 40 minutes with me and my pal syd till they helped him to heaven. So thank u creekside for ur care today.never quite seen it in past visits.thank u today
Had a great 1st experience here with our 10 puppies and 1 kitty. They will now be our regular vet. 10/10. Those ladies were super fun but very professional. The puppies were everywhere hahah.
Smart vets that definitely know their stuff but waiting almost 2 weeks for a quote on a surgery they recommend for my puppy's growth is making me anxious
