Rent a cabin with my husband and a couple of friends! We really liked the place, but there was a closed sign in the main bathroom and we didn't think we could use it! Nobody explained to us that this bathroom is only for those who rent the cabin and the other bathroom was very disgusting! All in all, we really liked the place, our only problem was the bathroom!
Had high hopes for the park as the price was great and promised a good variety of amenities for the kids. Booking was easy enough and it was a great surprise to see chickens and horses on site. The playground equipment is old but there's a lot of it. Unfortunately we won't be back. As someone visiting who has respect for other campers and the rules of the campsite, I was really turned off by the seasonal people here. They obviously don't like visitors, make complaints, are rude, it's very unfortunate. We tried to use the site store multiple times and no one was ever there, when we called up, they complained about having to come down and told us to go somewhere else for what we were looking for. Roadways are extremely narrow to tow your rig down as the seasonal people tend to park their vehicles and golf carts on it. It is quiet at least!
Great campground, friendly owners, trees lots, and not your typical subdivision in the field campground. Went with a 30’ class C, easy to get in and out, fun fun fun. Warm pool, playground for kids, ...
This Campground is in between Sauble beach and Bruce peninsula Nlnational park so its a great place to stay to travel both in one day. Has campground and Trailer parking and Cabin as well.Washroom facilities can be updated and should be more clean. You can enjoy thee dark night. Has a nice pool.Loved it and will recommend.
My family and I visited this park for the first time and were so impressed. The people here are so friendly and welcome in new faces, the grounds are beautiful and very well kept. They have a very nice little pond where we fished with the kids, a clean spacious pool, and our camp site was wonderful and close to amenities. Only a few minutes from Storybook Park as well which is great for kids! They are very accommodating -We needed some chocolate for smores after the store they have on site closed and management popped over to the store to open it up for us. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked, overall it's a great family campground and we will be back! Thank you guys for making our vacation memorable!
An amazing campground with great childhood and now adult memories. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get away for a weekend. The staff here and your fellow campers will make you feel at home
Had issues with my booking, emailed and called and no one ever got back to me. Would not rebook or recommend.
Great little campground, it's super close to home and I visit friends who camp here.
This year we called at last minute and got the best spot to camp! Oh man it was perfect, great service, courteous and quiet. I have recommended to people already and am willing to return soon or next season. On the plus side, I feel that since it's mostly trailers, people have a nicer attitude here and all take care of one another. Even if it's only a one night camper. :
Terrible spot for tenting. They seemed to only have a few unserviced lots. The one we were put in wasn't even in the woods, it was on the edge and wide open; felt like camping in a field. As an added bonus we had trees with 1-2 inch thorns on one side of us and an electric fence on the other ... what a great spot for three young kids!
