Meaford Memorial Park

Big, mostly sandy beach. And don't let the camping sign fool you, this is a public park with a beautiful public beach plus a playground for kids of all ages. I deducted 1 star because of how poorly marked the park is--you have to look for the camping sign-- and because the change room was a sad and dingy place, but overall a lovely place. And the water is deep enough to swim and shallow enough that you don't have to worry too much about your above 5 yr. olds.

Loud with no room between sites. Water hook ups not where they need to. Late night parties and people driving around way too fast for the number of people and all the fall down drunks. Worst campground ever. Will never go back!!!!! I give it a -5 out of ten!!! Could not wait to get out of there.

Great big beach, though the water's a bit high this year so not quite so much sand to lay your towel. And beautiful water that is not too cold. LOOK FOR THE CAMPING SIGN because they don't actually direct people there which is probably why it's not as crowded as other beaches.

Another great campground in a place you would never expect it. The sites by the water are fantastic and you cannot beat the price. Will go back again next year for sure.

Great quiet campground on Georgian Bay. Small and quiet but friendly staff and easy going environment. Pretty cost friendly too.
