Sunny Supermarket

Sunny is quite a small supermarket compared to T&T or Foody. But they have very good quality of Asian veggies. Most Asian grocery would not pack veggies in plastic wrap but Sunny does, and this is quite important in the current COVID world. Meat quality is just OK and definitely not on par with Costco.

more expensive than Hong tai, but so much stuff

Been shopping here for years and I can say with confidence that a lot of the produce is fresh but this doesn’t reflect on the perishables. Always check for expired food before purchasing and the staff are rude as hell. Don’t expect good customer service or reasonable pricing

A big supermarket with plenty of goods. Usually I go to the fruits, vegetables and some dried food shelves for a quick shopping. Many items under one roof and could not spend too much time there due to a tight schedule.

Great store 1st time there! Friendly atmosphere a change from the Don Mill south location.

Supermarket itself is fine and probably has the stuff you are looking for. People there aren't very polite or nice in general. The way staff treats people are as if they are forced to work doesn't speak at all most of the times. They look unhappy and tired. Also the customers push people around and are not organised.

Nice place to shop Chinese grocery stuff. Prices are higher than pre-Covid, understood its a common in all stores.
