Five stars on customer service! Not so much on the unit itself. I rented it sight unseen and it took a few days for me to go see it. It was one of the older ones the newer ones look better I liked that there is a light in it. Anyway, access to this particular unit was too much of a challenge for me as there's a bend to the alley and a row of concrete barricades on one side. I am not skilled at maneuvering with a cargo trailer, especially when backing up. When I called to say i wasn't able to comfortably access the unit, Marius was kind enough to give me a full refund. Very pleasant to deal with.
Customer service and location are truly great for our family! Thanks so much for making our move to the cabin so easy. Happy customer right here!
Containers are pretty well kept,look new, we also have a small unit as well good place for your stuff
Took a unit for our move to Burk's Falls, price was good, we had storage before in Scarborough and paid a lot more for a 10x20, unit was good they also gave me some skids to put the stuff on.
Used their units for a couple of month,clean and very spacious the height makes a difference, good prices.
Great price. Management super friendly, very helpful and accommodating.
Storing for my business, convenient good access to the unit, they also have parking
