I can't say enough good things about my experience at this dealership. I contacted the dealership earlier in the week to make an appointment to have an airbag recall addressed. I asked for an appointment later in the week and was immediately accommodated and the work was scheduled. I arrived today and was greeted by a service advisor named Jennifer Sheldon. Jennifer's knowledge, professionalism and warm and engaging personality immediately put me at ease. Jennifer advised me that there were actually 2 recalls on my car. The second unbeknownst to me. She told me not to worry they'd take care of that too while I was there. You're waiting area was beautiful and comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was a plus. Every staff member I observed was welcoming and helpful. I know where I'll do business in the future.

Called over a week ago asking to schedule a repair for an open recall. Was transferred by secretary to a dept that couldn't help me, but supposedly left a message for the person who handles it. Never received a call back, so I called again the next day. Reached same dept through an automated system where I was told I couldn't be helped, but she would send the message again for me. I was offered no further help or any other dept to be transferred to. That was over a week ago and I have yet to receive any call back! Bye, went to Ganley where I was scheduled immediately.

From the moment we walked in Dave greeted us and welcomed us, showed us around the dealership. After that we sat down and reviewed options, test drove cars, and was very informative on all makes and models. The overall experience was A++++. Never once did i feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable. Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with. Great job Summit Toyota!!!! You earned a repeat customer for sure.

The mechanic went through the trouble of checking and found out that I had another free oil change 😃 They are always fast and friendly here!
