Always great!! Been going for years!! Went in October and there was no soft serve which I understand it's a summer thing but your the SUMMER HOUSE!? Would be great if it could always be an option? It was a warm day and we had a craving! And my Mother is diabetic but no sugarless options? But still love it here!! Food: 5/5
Felt like a patty melt kind of day. Their cheeseburger patty melt certainly fit the bill. Wasn't greasy at all. Super juicy. Onion rings were ready too. Order at the counter, go sit and wait for your number to be called. Super casual good food.Food: 5/5
One of my favorite places to eat -- definitely a throw back to the days where quality food and service are a top priority. The staff is always friendly. Food is consistently excellent. The ice cream varieties and 'flavors of the week' are such a treat. I will be a customer here for life.Food: 5/5
Great peaceful spot , a hidden gem of Southwick Massachusetts. They have great ice cream & more! Wooden booths inside & picnic tables for the outside area. Nice little playscape for kids to hangout at too.
Although prices may be reasonable, my family and I will not return to this establishment based on one of the owner's, Rick's deplorable attitude. Although we have been loyal customers in the past I was shocked and appalled after speaking to him about a meal that was ordered and cooked incorrectly. I specifically told the worker who took my order to make 4 hot dogs very well done. When I brought them home only to find that they were barely cooked, and very rubbery. This Rick told me that unless I worded that hot dogs to be burnt they would just be made the normal way. Really ? What's the difference between very well done and burnt except for the wording. He was so cocky and condescending explaining to me that he would not give me a credit or a replacement meal. Would it really have killed him to put out $10 to keep loyal customers happy ? All he said was he will talk to the cook, and the next time to make sure that I say that I want the hot dogs burnt. Hard to believe that is place is successful with an owner that clearly doesn't care about his patrons satisfaction, just about the money. The bottom line is just eat and don't complain about anything as nothing will be done. Simply said, you get what you pay for !
Went specifically for the strawberry shortcake and apple crisp sundaes that were on their online menu. Walked in the attempted to order only to be told they don't have those desserts right now, even though they're listed both online and in the restaurant.
Great local drive-in style food and ice cream. Open year round. Another great experience that didn't cost an arm and a leg.Food: 5/5

I think the icecream is good but not a fan of deep fried food personally and there is little variety but that is more on me. People are wondeful and super fun. Ice cream is delicious and completely worth itFood: 3/5
First visit here. Not bad place to eat out with a family or friends. Good place for kids too. I order a Mushroom Burger Melt with a meal. My opinion, the mushroom wasn't that good but the bread & burger is good and also the french fry. I'm sure there is other better menu to choose. The last things, the atmosphere in this place is country styles.
