Bread is on point. pointy AF. sharp, pointy amazing bread and luxuriously dope sandwich combos. I need to keep exploring the menu but the steak and cheese sandwich was unreal. Also got to try the pastrami and the roast beef, both of which were great but the steak and cheese stood out with well seasoned beef, zesty sauce and fragrant peppers.
I wasn't a bad experience. The food quality was great, service was ok. I must have gone on an off night for them because when I got my food it was served warm to lukewarm. If I'm in the area I would probably stop again to give them a second try.
Looking forward to hopeful franchise opportunity in Powell/Dublin/Columbus Ohio! We love Kettlebread sandwiches, structure, service and offering of a higher quality alternative to other longer established sandwich establishments. First time for lunch for me. The sandwich I had was outstanding! The bread was the star and so tasty! The ingredients were all fresh and the spicy mayo was the bomb! Definitely recommend this place
This is a gem of a place. If you are within driving distance then please come support this local business. The kettlebread is soft with a nice thin crispy outer crust. The butter and salt really comes through with every bite of the sandwich. Like any good sandwich the bread is key but their roast beef was excellent and lettuce and tomato super fresh. Their kettle sandwich sauce was a delicious surprise with a slight sweetness to it. The homemade pickle could have fermented longer in my opinion. But pickles are a very personal taste. Again a wonderful establishment that I plan to visit as frequently as possible.
Food as always was phenomenal but what is the point of an order ahead system if your food is gonna be ready only after a hour and a half maybe even more after you placed it? People who came in after me had their food first even tho I placed my order online at 12:30 but received my order at 2:03… Tracker said food would be ready at 1:38. Time is valuable hence why we order AHEAD OF TIME. Also you pay for you order and have to wait additional 30-45 mins waiting for your order, not like you can just leave. I understand it gets busy inside the restaurant but it’s not fair but those that pre ordered and still had to wait additional time. I have been coming here plenty of times and it seems like each time I order ahead of time the wait keeps getting worse and worse.
Good lunch which potentially actually be outstanding if the amount of sauce and cheese added actually was a little less than they give you. More is not always better. The rolls bread it comes on is great.Food: 4/5
I want to give this place a full 5 stars because the food is phenomenal, however the wait time is obscene. Do not go here for a quick lunch while you're on your break from work. This is not that kind of place. You WILL be late. I first went a couple weeks ago on a Saturday and my friend and I waited a half hour for soup and a kids grilled cheese sandwich. The food was great, but that's kinda crazy. I thought that maybe the wait wouldn't be as bad if I ordered ahead online and went to pick it up, which is what I did on my lunch break today. I placed an online order for two sandwiches and a soup around 12:15 pm. The order tracker said that it would be ready around 12:55. I left a little later than intended and got there around 1:07. I figured that would give them plenty of time to finish the order. But no - I didn't get my order until 1:33! So, be warned! The food is great, but order strategically when you don't have anywhere else to be in the near future.

Bread is not right here. Not sure what is in it, maybe conditioner, something, but I never feel right after eating here. Can’t even finish a sandwich. EDIT: The response by the owner is a classic example of someone who shouldn’t be in the service industry. Yes I obviously meant dough conditioner but apparently you’re running a salon too, don’t want to confuse anyone. If you wanted to be genuine about ingredients you would post them on the website. “All Natural” is also an industry term typically used to deceive customers and has zero descriptive value. I’ve lowered my rating to 1 star to appease a disgruntled owner.
