What a joke! After doing a Google search and reading his website, we met with Joe Patituce to ask see about hiring him to represent a family member on a DUI. After reading all of the fluff on his website and listening to him tell us how great he was, we still were not convinced he was the right attorney for us. He then quoted us a price for representation (which was outregeous), so we decided to meet with several other attorneys -- none of whom had even heard of him. We ended up hiring another attorney, who did a fantastic job for us. The irony is that weeks after Patituce told us how well respected he was in the legal community and how all of the judges and attorneys in Akron knew him and his work, we saw him in court for another client. The judge had to ask him three times how to pronounce his last name, and even the prosecutor midpronounced his name at least twice. The worst part was that the client he was representing (who I am sure spent a lot of money on him) got hammered and taken out of the courtroom in handcuffs. I'm really glad we hired someone else. Patituce is nothing more than a used car salesman with a law degree.

I was charged with a DUI out of Massillon Municipal Court. Joe Patituce handled my case on their behalf and as a result I obtained a reduced charge, a physical control, rather than being stuck with a DUI. All the local lawyers told me that I had no hope of getting a deal. I appreciate what this lawyer did because he was honest with me, he told me that the evidence would dictate what could be done. I had even failed, at least I thought, the field sobriety test and took the breath test. Because of them I beat my case.

Joe Patituce handled my case and I got my charges reduced greatly. I would advise to have him as your attorney, he puts in a lot of time and effort in his cases.
