Excellent ramen, very fresh ingredients, broth was rich, nuanced and not too salty, both the tonkotsu and the chicken were super tender and juicy. Wish I had taken a photo before digging in! The gyoza had perfect thin crispy skin. Nasu dengaku was on the milder side but very juicy and still very enjoyable. Everything was super fresh and made with care. Very nice atmosphere and decor, great service. I would definitely come back.
