Kids wanted candy so stopped by this candy store. This looks like a pretty fancy candy store. There are not much selections for kids cause more tailored adults. But the associate in the store was very helpful in showing us which candies the kids would like. She took the time to ask the kids what fruit they liked and made a few suggestions. Also told us the kids would not like it when they picked up ones they wanted. We ended up getting: Sparkle Pops - yummy chocolate balls with a bit of pop rockets. Kids loved this one. Rainbow Bear - simple gummy bears. Super soft with a few different flavours. Baby Whales - cute whale shaped gummies with a raspberry flavour. The prices are on the high side but the presentation of the candies are really nice. I can see why they would make a great gift for a special occasion.
I saw this gorgeous shop in metrotown, and i thought they might be perfect to buy as gift. It's a beautiful store overall, but the price is really quite expensive for just a box of gummy bear. I got these baby rose gummy bears for gift and for myself, it was quite nice how different the taste was, but just too expensive.
Today I picked up a bulk order from sugafina . Most delicious and perfect for any occasion. MARIA the store manager I Rate her percent perfectly Best in her CUSTOMER SERVICE . SHE is so helpful and creative in her suggestions for us as a customer, she Made our day , we will continue ordering sugarfina. so happy with the service and quality very presentable for gifting . I walked in and was greeted with a warm welcome, this is my first time at Sugarfina and it was already off to a great start. Before I continue, I would like to say my thanks to Tika. She provided exceptional customer service and was really helpful, energetic, and patient. Although the shop was small but they offered a wide variety of sweets for you to choose from. The prices were on the high side but it was very much worth it, from the taste of the sweets to the packaging of the product. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I'll definitely be visiting again. I highly recommend Sugarfina to everyone
I love this store and I like most of the candies sold in the store. There is a guy who usually works there with a long hair, I don’t know his name. He is very nice and I rate his customer service % excellent. However, I went to store on Oct 31 and I received an unpleasant customer service. I was buying some of the candies were on sale for 30% off and some regular price. The lady in the store, did not say anything about other sale going on in the store. When I paid for the candies. I noticed there is a section that the candies were on sale for 70% and 50%. I asked her oh, those candies are on sale? And she said yes but they are expiring in two days. I just went and checked myself and I noticed that just one of them is expiring in Nov1 and the other ones are expiring on Nov 12 and Jan. I asked her if I can exchange the one I just bought with the ones which are on sales and she said No. So I had to buy those one as well. It was very disappointing and I didn’t not like the service. It was not like usual service I get in Sugarfina.
Having just returned from Sugarfina Metropolis with my daughter, I HAD TO review this fantastic company. These are NOT simply "gummies in fancy boxes." These are carefully artisan crafted delicacies beautifully packaged for display. The flavours in these products are best enjoyed when slowly savoured-not gobbled and chewed down like popcorn, lol. I walked out with about 10 BAGS FULL of custom gifts for teachers and special people in our life. The staff today was simply outstanding, the young Gentleman who assisted us went ABOVE and BEYOND for us even knowing we weren't looking at prices, he suggested some incredible ways to save a TON by purchasing packages or discounted items to create the same gift at a huge savings. He even carried our bags for us to the car, we had about 30lbs of candy all together. I expected to spend upwards of $1500 and we left having only spent around $500 with many extras and fun products to try. We even got a large candy trunk for our home theatre with the savings. I can't say enough about the amazing and courteous service we received here today! Well done, Sugarfina! Give this man a raise/promotion!! I'm sad I neglected to get his name, he deserves full kudos for his service today, his colleague's name is Precious, I believe. #customerforlife
I shop for Set Decoration in the film industry and happens to come across this business. My first emotion I felt while perusing around was frustration. What are the stores thinking when they decide NOT to post their prices.I hate being forced to ask a teenager how much a product is..and if I want to know the price of several items, she has to stay with me and quote prices while I look around and gather info..As far as taste? She gave me 2 individually wrapped in cellophane mini gummy bears as a taste tester. Wow now I feel special..I laughed as I walked out..I would never pay those prices..I'm not cheap at all, but I'm not into being ripped off...I work way to hard for my $$$..when I can go to Save On grab a bag full, put them in a pretty box and call it a day lol...enjoy tho , if that's your thing
Was immediately greeted by Paulo, who was working there. With the wide selections of candy, I was very indecisive on what to buy for a gift. Paulo walked me through and was very knowledgeable with each product in details. He was very friendly and patient! Was not pushy at all. Will definitely come back for more soon! I'm a repeat customer who's happy with the unique candies despite the price, excellent service, and welcoming environment from this store. Every time I swing by, the staff greet me with a smile, offer me a candy sample, and make sure that they're always available when I need help without giving me a frown or an attitude, nor uttering, "I don't know" if they're unsure they try their best to find someone who has the answer. And despite their luxury image, I certainly can't recall them profiling me based on my attire it screams, "I buy my candy from the dollar store!". Instead, they treat me with more respect than I deserve. They take me seriously as a customer and value my time, which they best demonstrated when I asked about buying candy in quantities greater than their large cubes they immediately grabbed their manager for this and the state of Kyoto Blossoms in Canadian Sugarfinas. It's awesome and I can barely get that from the Nordstrom Sugarfina, and to some extent, most other candy stores. The price is on the high end, although they offer sampler packs and large cubes, and discounts on holiday candy cubes to make things cheaper Your mileage may vary. But to make up for the price, the candy is more flavourful and unique than their mass-marketed counterparts. Note that they have fewer options when compared to their American retail counterparts, but they're working hard to bring in new items every now and then.
I came in here today looking to spend $20 for a secret santa gift exchange. I asked a girl about some pricing for boxes, because there are no price tags anywhere except the back wall apparently. After choosing a $10.95 box I was looking for something to make up the other $9 or so I had to spend. The small bags are 5 for $14 works out to be $2.80 each. I asked the same girl about individual pricing for these and she said $3.50 each. I commented that was quite the jump in price and her response was, "Yeah... we are a luxury candy store that caters to adults." Sorry, what? I wish I had told you this in the store but honey, I'm 34 and let's not forget that between us you're the one working in a mall candy store. Take a seat. But thanks for helping me decide what to get - something from another store.
