I have been a client here for many years. Always had a pleasant service. However the lack of professionalism and vulgarity that came from the owners mouth ruined this salon for me. She made a very rude comment about someone having an odor and when out of her way to completely embarrass the woman. I highly recommend contacting Mercedes personally and getting your service done from her at her home. You will feel much more comfortable.

I cant say enough great things about SugarBrig in Welland. After over ten years of being waxed at several different places, I tired sugaring for the first time. I was impressed but it wasn't until I started going to SugarBrig here in Welland, that I was truly impressed with the results from the services. The hair grows in so much thinner and softer. I am able to go six weeks without a service being done, the results last so long! Her prices are completely fair and I highly recommend Kirsten she's super friendly and efficient, professional and makes you feel so comfortable! I don't think I would be able to go back to traditional sugaring or any waxing services. SugarBrig is 100% the way to go!
