Rose City Nails

If you want to relax .. Do Not Go Here! I have never felt so upset after leaving a nail salon. I went in for a manicure and pedicure with shellac the price board said 45$ and up .. when I got to the til it was 75$ . I did not get anything special so I was shocked! They rushed me in and out. As one lady did my feet and the other did my hands.. pulling me in different directions. The entire time they spoke to themselves in their own language and would laugh and point.. even pointing at my feet and laughing. It was so horrible, I left in tears.

This is so far by the worst nail place I have been too in forever. I missed my appointment at my regular place and I was traveling the next day and had to get my nails done so I called them because they were the only place open. I was being pulled and pushed in all directions by the rude man who did my nails. He was so rough and had zero customer care. I left the place really upset and vowed never to go back. I tried to tell the man the kind of nails I wanted but he wouldn’t listen because he just didn’t care my nails were horrible and not the same size and when I got home one was lifting they didn’t even last a week and I regret going to this place.

Honestly so gentle highly recommend this place they are very welcoming and very funny went there today with my sister and got my nails done walked out of there with a big smile on my face

Appalled, Went their the price board said 25$ and I kept saying the whole time that's what I wanted at the end she charged me an extra 5$ I asked her why she said because I got paint mind u it was a regular Brown paint, and they didn't change the board yet and that it cost 30$ which makes no sense...the whole time they kept asking me to get different things and almost swindled their way into making me get uv gel which is is way more and wouldn't have said anything if I didn't read the bottle and told them I just wanted acrylic. They had to switch lady's because she didn't know what she was doing from the beginning with just placing the glue on the nail and they all popped off so someone else did them. Went their to relax and got the complete opposite. Would not recommend it and switching places. Rushed me, uneven polish and my finger was bleeding, didn't know simple shapes like pointed nail. So frustrating.
