I love this place, I’ve been coming for years and as long as they’re open I will keep coming. The frozen yogurt is delicious and the toppings are always fresh. On top of that everybody is always so nice. Definitely recommend
This place is INCREDIBLE!!! Spectacular service! They treat you so very kindly and always have a smile on their face. Always clean and the flavors and Boba Tea quality is ALWAYS 100% I'm a regular here and have ordered so many delicious flavor combinations. Their Lychee Jellies are my new favorite! Frozen yogurt was great, staff that night was not. Girl at front counter proceeded to tell me they were closing soon in half an hour and gave attitude the whole time. As I was leaving the girl said "what no tip?" Why would I want to tip someone who cant even fake being nice to me? Never had issues before but this was bogus..
I delivered to this location before for instacart and was paid great for the heavy order. The order I took earlier today was a super heavy order and I was docked on my tip for shopping and delivering 10x 1 gallon milk, 8 big tubes of chocolate chip cookie dough, 4 kiwi packages, 2 blueberry packages, 2 gallon fabulous cleaning liquid, 2 pineapples, and 4 things of organic cucumber packages.
The boba tea is amazing! I loved the Vietnamese coffee flavor! My daughter enjoyed the strawberry.
Not great and cost $30 for me and my boyfriend to go get two of the small sizes of frozen yogurt. Do not waste your money or time. If I could have I would have left it and walked out.
One of the best experiences I’ve had at any place of business, the young lady working the counter was so nice to my kids and helped them choose flavors since they couldn’t decide. I’ll definitely be coming back and supporting this business !
My husband and I adore Sugar Berry!!!! All the employees are so nice. They always offer to let us try different flavors. We tried pistachio last time and it was so good we both got it! The store is always clean from the floor to the topping station. The topping station is always full and the fruit is fresh. It's never been sticky or messy even when they are busy. Thank you so much for being so extra with your customer service. Ice Cream and Smile
Amazing place, delicious froyo with endless topping choices. Their Boba Tea is also phenomenal.
Clean, good flavors and they still let you try a flavor or 2 before committing to which ones you want to buy.
