Every time we come we have a great experience the staff are always so polite. The frozen yogurt is great. You are allowed to taste the different flavors before purchasing. Your pay based on the scales of how many items you put into each bowl. I have always purchased the chocolate covered strawberries from the refrigerator area. During the holidays they have different themes for the strawberries like Rudolph. Overall definitely recommend.

Great service, they ask if you have been there so they know if you need help or not. Is completely self serve and lots of flavors and toppings. The inside is clean and has a fair amount of seating. Also it was delicious !!!!!

Usually love their fro you, but went to go have it 10 minutes before they closed 9pm, and they had already locked the doors. I work at a store in the mall as well, and we would never lock the doors before actual closing time.

Chairs were stacked at 8:30, cleaning, not too welcoming. Wish the employees even looked at us, fro yo was good, but to be expected.

We love this Menchie’s location. Place is inviting, clean and cheerful. Staff are welcoming, helpful and professional. Stopped for dessert tonight and they had one of my favorites raspberry sorbet. Good toppings selection. There is inside and outside seating available. .

It’s not often that I get exceptionally excellent service so I had to come here and give a review. I highly recommend Menchie’s not only for their yummy products, but for their extraordinary customer service! Earlier this month, I reached out to their Facebook page because I could not get through to their phones. Within minutes the Owner responded to me and provided me with her personal number. She explained all the products to me and promised to have the Store Manager give me a call so that I could place an order.  Within minutes, the Store Manager called me. Keep in mind, I’ve never been to this location so didn’t know where to start. All I knew was that I wanted a frozen yogurt cake for my brother’s birthday and needed it asap. The store Manager, Jordan was patient, friendly and helpful and walked me through the whole ordering process and made my timeframe! I’m absolutely pleased with the cake and not only did it look great it tasted amazing! Thank you Menchie's!

If you haven’t been here before this is a build your own Froyo place. They rotate the flavors and toppings. The price is determined by weight so the more in the cup the more it will cost. I take my daughter here sometimes when we are out. Always friendly staff and clean tables.

This place is so good. Price is reasonable and the whole family is satisfied. There's a flavor for everyone. So many toppings, although not needed to enjoy the froyo. The cakes are so delicious and can be custom made. I got one and we all enjoyed it.

So so yummy. Everything is so good. The plain is my favorite

We love menchies, however Google has their hours of operation wrong so I have 4 very sad kids in the car. Update please Google.
