We bring our eskimo puppy here. Friendly staff, they get your dog in and out quickly for drop off and pick up. The acceptance process for puppies took some time but it makes sense, they introduce your puppy slowly restricted hours and slowly increase hours as they adapt to the daycare environment and by doing this your puppy will less likely become resistant to daycare. After the first 5 days our puppy decided he loves daycare. Thanks to all the staff who helped with this process. He really looks forward to coming here.

BEST DOGGY DAY CARE! I drop my dog off once a week at their daycare and the staff take such great care of her. You can tell the staff love their job and really invest their time into getting to know each and every one of their doggy clients. I would recommend this spot over and over again to anyone looking!

Girls are amazing Ruby always looks so beautiful! The staff is so kind and caring we love her Christmas hair cut ‍ thank you a spot for a spot stuff !

I brought my pup to this place. Instead of calling me, they shaved him to skin, claiming he was matted. He definitely had some tangles but he was far from matted or in need of a shave. I called to rebook with a much shorter time between grooms and again they said he needs a shave. Honestly I think they’re just too lazy to brush out our dog. I booked another appointment and less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment they left me a voicemail indicating they won’t groom him. I’m so incredibly disappointed in this business. Why didn’t they say they can’t or won’t groom him when I booked the appointment weeks ago? It is hard to find a groomer. It takes weeks or months to get in. He really will be matted when we find him an appointment. Give this place a wide pass.

We bring our very dramatic Shiba inu here to get his nails trimmed and they are amazing with him. They are so quick and patient and we’ve never had any issues with them cutting his nail quick which we had issues with at other groomers. This is the only place we take him to and love the team that works here!

I really like this place.  Our two big monsters have been going for years.   When the dogs figure out where we’re going they get excited... no shenanigans.  You know what some dogs can be like when it’s bath time!  They always do a lovely job. Thanks for your great service.

They try but aren’t well trained. They totally ruined my Cairn Terrier’s coat. They shaved his top coat off and left long bits at the bottom.  Exactly the opposite of what we had instructed them to do. We’ve taken our dog there 6 or seven times and this is the second time they ruined his coat. We won’t be back.

This place is absolutely amazing! I brought my 13yr old on her last family trip with us from sask. Unfortunately it was a lot harder for her then planned.  A spot for spot was so generous to help me out and take miley in for the morning why we were out. Thank you so much for what you do. Definitely recommend

Every time I book an appointment, it takes my friendly small dog around 7+ hours in a close door environment. 7+ hours is way too long to keep a dog for grooming. My dog has separation anxiety, which I have informed them about. The last time I went was during the heat wave and I dropped him off at 8am and I called multiple times to pick him up and they kept pushing the time back. I finally picked him up at 5pm and they informed me he hadn't been drinking any water and I should give him some asap. I decided to book with them again and when booking I informed the lady that he must be done in a timely manner. They phoned me a day before to confirm and said the pickup time is 3:30pm I said that was not acceptable as I'm dropping him off at 8:30am. She said they prioritize the big dogs first and if I didn’t want him booked for that long I can come back in a month... I had already booked a month in advance. The lady handed the phone to the owner who was extremely rude saying 7+ is standard time and if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else. This is not acceptable. It should not take my small friendly dog 7+ hours for grooming. I understand they are busy but maybe they shouldn’t book more appointments than they can handle as it’s not okay for a dog to be sitting their for that long. They always tell me he is so well behaved and friendly, so why does it take 7+hours??? I’m not one to write bad reviews but the whole situation was handled so poorly on their part and I highly recommend going somewhere else.

I’m sad because I used to take my dogs to 3rd street and now they switched companies. It’s conveniently close but my dogs need detailed cuts and I don’t find that there is detail and heart in this place. Some staff are nice, others maybe not so much.  My dogs head/ears weren’t cut properly long hairs were missed, and no shape to the ears and they were not soft and fluffy like the usual groomers do. I guess this place is good for easier/basic cuts but I wouldn’t suggest if you want your dogs to be groomed close to perfect, especially poodles. Writing this based off 2 visits here.
